For most routine tests, no — you can order directly. For specialised tests (PCR, biopsy, hormonal assays) a doctor's note helps us with interpretation but is usually not required to proceed.
Most routine tests are reported the same day. Special chemistry, cultures, PCR, and histopathology can take 1–10 days depending on the test. TAT is shown next to each test in the catalog.
Pay at the time of sample collection — cash, card, or mobile wallet. For home sampling, our phlebotomist carries a mobile POS.
